Trainer Incentive Program

Wild Hearts is pleased to announce 'TIP' (Trainer Incentive Program) as a way to further the reach of our mission to ensure as many retiring thoroughbreds find soft landings. The reality is, an OTTB has better longer term outcomes as their handleability and training progresses. We work closely with pre-approved trainers (email us to find out more), who receive the benefit of even further reductions on already below market value adoption fees, in exchange for several 'horse first' contractual obligations for the benefit of each horse approved to them. This program creates another avenue to serve retiring thoroughbreds, create incentives for trainers to welcome OTTBs, showcase their skills, and increase awareness, and showcase positive outcomes.
